1. Learning how to really read & understand behavior-"root cause analysis" -best resource for making a plan to "coach up or coach out".
2. Financially calculating the impact of that behavior
3. As an internal advisor, having a reliable mgt training & /improvement resource you'll be confident & proud to offer or use.
