The Dilemma for Newly Promoted Executive Leaders

Executive Leadership Training

"Effective executives are very rare."  - Peter Drucker

Our main focus => becoming an effective executive manager

Why? There is much confusion regarding the distinction between leadership and management and yet to be an effective leader you need to be an equally effective manager - which means not only envisioning improved outcomes (vision), formulating a strategic plan to realize that vision, but also demonstrating the ability to successfully execute the plan. That last element is what we've observed is most lacking - even among those who've held executive positions for a while.

Additionally, though our Masterclass, we teach how to financially quantify those results at each step.

We've discovered many emerging and early stage executives of small to medium-sized businesses end up being title holders or status quo administrators because they are not adequately prepared and have little tangible support for a successful transition into effectively leading. (One of my clients had been in transition limbo for well over 2 years). There is not readily available executive leadership training. So we provide a proven, structured process to achieve this.

*See the video to the right for an expanded explanation. See where you fit in the video explanation.

We see effective Executive Leadership in 2 parts:

1. Personal effectiveness - the ability to see, plan and execute timely results

2. Organizational effectiveness - getting results through multiple tiers of people

How  We Help

For Stage 1: The Emerging Executive Rapid Ramp-up  - an 10 week intensive - $2500

For Stage 2: 3 Tier Leadership - $5,000 - designed to be implemented via a 90-day rollout

Note: Without successfully doing  both 1 and/or 2 - a financial loss is occurring. Simply put, you or a member of leadership team is being compensated without delivering needed, expected returns.

|> Stage 1 - Personal effectiveness

3 Tier Executive Leadership

THE GAP

Many leaders - executive & senior leaders - don't know how to effectively manage people and in particular develop extended management teams. The result?...it diminishes their leadership effectiveness. The results of this is more keenly felt with small to medium size companies, departments or business units of larger organizations.

If only we could say, "Go forth and do", and then know for sure we'd get exactly the results we want. Sigh...in many cases, it just doesn't work that way. Effective leaders are clued into this reality and therefore ensure needed outcomes are achieved by equipping leaders/managers at all levels.

Are You Satisfied With Your Leadership Results?

...that of your leadership and management teams?...are you personally effective?

If your answer is yes - read no further.

However, if your answer is not 100% YES,  I suggest rethinking leadership ...particularly executive leadership - what it means for you and your organization, the purpose and point of it.

|>Stage 2: Becoming a complete executive leader?

ReThinking Leadership - Personal & Organizational Effectiveness

Without ensuring organizational execution via effective executive management, your executive leadership will be undermined.

What's Missing:

1 > The understanding and ability to not just lead from the top - but lead throughout

2 > This is Drucker's description of executive management & organizational effectiveness

3 > Leading throughout means you impact the effectiveness or your entire leader/manager team, not just your senior group. This means training and developing all tiers and aligning them to vision, strategy and needed outcomes. *See video to right for expanded explanation.

4 > And all of this has to include a clear understanding of how human behavior - the human experience - impacts what you want to achieve.

5> Ultimately, all of this impacts and is a reflection of an executive's personal, professional effectiveness.

Our mission is to help you satisfy all 5 without huge consulting fees or complicated initiatives.

|> A Success blueprint

Our Solution - Not Another Course!

What matters most at any level of leadership is getting the most important results. To achieve this requires a fresh view of leadership and management - knowing what "effective" means for your leadership and seeing it as a skilled integration of leading and managing.

So, how can that be achieved?

Our Solution - A System vs. A Course -Which Do You Think Provides More Value?

In collaboration with clients, we developed a framework that provides a repeatable system to marry leadership and people management. Through our 22+ years experience and expertise in human behavior, we've identified 9 key impact areas that if successfully addressed can quickly:

>  improve results

>  while producing a positive financial impact

>  improve the employee experience

>  and a manager's competence

The framework addresses multiple critical needs simultaneously.

|> The Effective executive Blueprint

We formulated the 9 key areas into an easy to use blueprint so each can be addressed in a step-by-step - systematic - and sustainable way... and which can be replicated throughout your organization.

Also, unique to this blueprint, we included financial measurements within each step - that's a minimum of 9 opportunities to improve your "profit-ability" while developing management skills.

Note: If not addressed, these 9 areas are also where businesses will continue to lose money and provide the greatest opportunity for employee issues to develop.

Commonly, when thinking about senior or executive leadership training and development, people look for courses such as a senior management training program, an executive leadership course or seminar, or an executive leadership certification program. Just about every client I've worked with initially said, "We don't need another "program or course", we need something different that can get meaningful, sustainable results." We agree!Learn about the 9 areas and where they fall within the blueprint.

Investment: $5,000 / Designed for a 90 day roll-out, focused implementation intensive

Note: Once implemented the blueprint turns into an executive management dashboard providing, ongoing continuous value...pretty cool!
