Our Overriding Belief & Philosophy

That's why we work with company leaders to dismantle dated management practices and leadership behaviors that undermine meeting the needs of today's' workforce. The fancy term? Leadership and culture transformation. Comprehensive transformation has to done holistically.

For example: the majority of our leadership development work is done via facilitated group coaching (we call them roundtables) where the development is embedded in the day-to-day experience of the leaders and needs of the company over a period of time. It's an approach to collectively impact culture and leadership simultaneously.

We have a passion for championing a company's "human resource" in the context of an owner's, leader's or board's vision, to bring exceptional value to all stakeholders. We therefore have a holistic view and approach that is results based while being human-focused.

What does human-focused leadership mean?
    • Leadership that takes into account and values the heart, mind, spirit and physical needs of each employee...knowing those human elements truly define the "human resource" and drive operational outcomes.
    • Leadership that sees a company not so much as an organization, but an organism or ego-system and therefore know that all activity has a ripple effect of some kind -- everything impacts everything else.
    • Organism defined as: "a whole with independent parts likened to a living being."
    • Leadership that takes financial ownership and is able and willing to demonstrate a positive financial impact as meaningful business partners. The results based component of our leadership design sets the framework for achieving this.

We've discovered that if a company is not realizing its full profit potential, the reason can most likely be found in human related - operational bottlenecks that are caused by and/or not recognized by many leaders and managers (and even human resources) and are at a loss as to how to adequately address them.
